45 x 30 cm. largest crystal: 8.5 cm. Wt. 30lbs.
This rare and outstanding specimen of quartz crystals could easily be the centerpiece of any collection. This plate of crystals has NOT been glued or repaired in any way. This is how we collected it many years ago. This type of quartz has been called corncob, as there are so many smaller crystals growing out of the larger ones. Some of these are quartz crystals and others are quartz pseudomorphs after natrolite. The brown stain on some is iron oxide. There are some tips that are bruised, but very few.
None of our specimens have been repaired or glued together unless otherwise stated in the description of the specimen.
